About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on E-Commerce & Partnership Associate to manage our day-to-day online store operations and support campaign as well as partnership (affiliate) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong sense of e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces and platforms
- Update and maintain product catalog (add, revise, and optimize listings)
- Write and optimize product descriptions to improve attractiveness and clarity
- Upload and manage campaign banners as needed
- Set up promotions (discounts, bundles, marketplace campaigns, etc.)
- Manage stock allocation and perform stock locking for campaigns
- Monitor and report store performance metrics (traffic, conversion, etc.)
- Handle store penalties and ensure compliance with platform policies
- Manage and monitor affiliate & partnership programs to drive sales
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations is preferred
- Familiar with platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of campaign execution and promo strategies
- Strong communication skills and able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Experience in handling affiliate, KOL, or partnership programs
