Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Manajemen, Pemasaran, Bisnis Digital, E-Commerce, Teknologi Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Marketplace Manager, E-Commerce Manager, atau posisi sejenis.
Berpengalaman mengelola marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Blibli, dan platform e-commerce lainnya.
Memahami strategi pengembangan penjualan online, optimasi katalog produk, marketplace SEO, dan peningkatan conversion rate.
Menguasai fitur dan tools marketplace seperti Ads, Campaign, Flash Sale, Voucher, Affiliate, Live Shopping, dan fitur promosi lainnya.
Mampu mengelola dan menganalisis KPI marketplace seperti GMV, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Traffic, CTR, dan Customer Rating.
Memiliki kemampuan analisis data yang kuat serta mampu menyusun strategi berbasis data untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
Berpengalaman mengelola tim Marketplace, Customer Service Online, Content Creator, atau Admin E-Commerce.
Memahami integrasi sistem marketplace dengan ERP, inventory management, dan fulfillment process menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, negosiasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
Berorientasi pada target, hasil, dan pertumbuhan bisnis.
Mampu bekerja secara cepat, detail, dan adaptif dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis.
Bersedia bekerja penuh waktu di Cikupa, Kabupaten Tangerang.
