Job description for Marketplace E-commerce at PT Sentral Tekno Selaras

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 / Bachelor’s Degree in any major

• At least 3 years of experience in Marketplace / E-Commerce

• Experienced in handling Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia

• Able to manage and update the company’s internal website

• Own a personal laptop

• Understand seller center, marketplace campaigns, product uploads, stock, and order management

• Detail-oriented, communicative, and target-driven

Responsibilities:

• Manage online store operations across marketplace platforms

• Upload and optimize products, pricing, stock, and promotions

• Monitor store performance and sales growth

• Handle order management and coordinate with related teams

• Manage and update the company’s internal website

• Prepare marketplace performance reports regularly
