Job description for Marketplace & Live Commerce Administrator at Insurgent Club
What You'll Do
- Set up campaigns, flash sales, and vouchers across TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Prepare product showcases (etalase) and manage live streaming schedules across TikTok and Shopee.
- Reconcile and record payments and revenue from TikTok Live and Shopee Live.
- Compile daily flash sale and live commerce performance reports.
- Track and report marketplace and live commerce revenue and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum D3 in any major; business, marketing, or management background is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketplace operations, live commerce, or e-commerce administration.
- Experienced with Seller Center, particularly campaign, voucher, and flash sale setup on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Familiar with TikTok and Shopee Live features, including product showcase and live scheduling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and reconciliation.
