As a Marketplace Admin, you will be responsible for managing and updating product listings across multiple marketplaces, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Your tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, handling returns and exchanges, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports. You will also be involved in administrative duties such as organizing documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with internal teams. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining a positive customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the business.

We are looking for a female candidate with an Associate Degree who has between one and three years of experience in customer service and office administration. Strong proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets is essential. You should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
