JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Menjalin komunikasi yang baik untuk setiap pertanyaan, saran dan komplain dari pelanggan
Menjaga dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan rating toko di setiap Marketplace
Memberikan informasi detail di setiap produk dan memberikan solusi untuk setiap kendala yang dihadapi pelanggan dengan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti
Mengunggah foto dan informasi produk yang baru dirilis ke platform Marketplace
Mengecek persediaan barang dan memperbarui jumlah stok di setiap platform Marketplace

REQUIREMENTS:

Wanita, memiliki pengalaman di bidang E-commerce minimal 3 bulan
Memiliki komunikasi, pemecahan masalah, dan analisis yang baik
Mengerti Campaign dan Market Research
Detail, teliti, dan cekatan
Bersedia kontrak 6 bulan
Berdomisili di Tangerang dan sekitarnya
