Job Responsibilities
• Offering certification products
• Creating a proposal letter
• Analyzing and developing customer relation strategies to increase the number of repeat order
• Conducting customer satisfaction evaluation
• Reporting sales performance data (weekly, monthly, annually) to the head of the Business Development division
Qualifications
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in relevant business is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• able to work alone or in a group
• able to work under target
Working days: Monday - Friday
Time: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM
