• Establish and maintain relationship with new / existing customers

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking

• Understand customer needs, and create drafts & product specifications according to customer needs

• Provide excellent after-sales service, handling customer complaints and concerns in a clear, courteous and friendly manner

• Collaborate with team to achieve better results

• Daily, monthly, annual reports related to sales achievement
