Strategically distribute flyers and post notices at prime locations to maximize visibility.

Actively network within coworking spaces to establish and nurture client relationships, driving new business leads.

Conduct public speaking sessions and host free weekly educational workshops at coworking spaces, presenting topics relevant to hiring and talent management to generate new interest and engage potential clients.

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Resides in Bali with at least 2 years of local experience and familiarity with the area.

Owns a motorbike and holds a valid license for easy travel across locations.

Skilled in Canva or Photoshop for creating high-quality promotional materials.

At least 2 years of experience in the startup world, ideally with a strong understanding of Bali’s coworking environments.

Confident and charismatic public speaker, with a passion for education and community engagement.
