Job Description
• Identify, acquire, and develop new customers or clients.
• Present and promote company products or services to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries on a regular basis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Conduct price and business negotiations with customers when required.
• Achieve sales and marketing targets set by the company.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Prepare regular marketing and sales activity reports.
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding customer orders, deliveries, and requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, needs, and complaints professionally.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
• Conduct customer or client visits when required.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented and results-driven.
• Confident in presenting and promoting products or services.
• Proactive in identifying and acquiring new customers.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital media.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to conduct client visits when required.
• Proficient in English
