🚀 Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients (B2B & B2C) across multiple business sectors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, business partners, and stakeholders
Present and promote the company’s services, including property, interior solutions, trading, and transportation
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and client success
✅ Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
Existing network or client base is an advantage
Comfortable working in a flexible, hybrid environment

Base allowance (transportation / operational support)
Competitive commission on successfully closed deals
Additional client/project-based fees
