Pad Thai Padel Canggu is a lifestyle sports & wellness destination in Bali, offering premium padel courts, curated F&B, and vibrant community spaces.

We are looking for a hands-on Mid Marketing Associate to lead Pad Thai Padel’s marketing presence in Bali.

This role combines social media management, partnership coordination, and event support.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Role Purpose

You are responsible for capturing high-quality content and bringing energy to the community. You are the execution arm of marketing content production.

2. Core Responsibilities

A. Content Production

• Capture photo and video content daily
• Use camera, phone, and drone when needed
• Follow direction from Marketing Lead (Raffi)
• Ensure content is clear, dynamic, and usable

B. Event Documentation

• Capture all key moments during events
• Ensure no important moments are missed
• Deliver raw content quickly after events

C. Event Hosting

• Act as MC or host when required
• Engage with players and community
• Help create a fun and energetic atmosphere

D. Support Role

• Assist in setting up content shoots
• Support marketing needs on the ground
• Help coordinate during busy operational hours
