About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Tender Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT Berkat Sumber Rizki in North Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our company's projects and tenders.
What you'll be doing
- Seeking & Obtaining Government Tenders through online portal (LKPP, INAPROC, CIVD Migas, Pelindo E-Proc, Pengadaan.com etc)
- Coordinate and manage the administrative tasks related to project and tender activitie
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for project and tender activities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and tender coordinators
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project and tender processes
- Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative procedures and systems
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable Public University in Indonesia. Any major is acceptable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Tender Specialist, Industrial Supply Sales, preferably in a trade marketing or project-based environment
- Has experiences in seeking for a Government Tender in online portal as well as offline.
- Previous experiences managing Government Project/Tender is preferred.
- Able to speak good English is preferred or Mandarin , as well as speaking in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to do Business trip Domestic & International.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently to find solutions
