About the Role
PT Berkat Sumber Rizki is looking for a Marketing Tender Specialist to support project and tender activities. This full-time role is based in Kemayoran, Jakarta and involves in searching & managing tender administration, preparing documents, and coordinating with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Search and obtain government tenders through portals such as LKPP, INAPROC, CIVD Migas, Pelindo E-Proc, and others
- Prepare and submit tender documents accurately
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to projects and tenders
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Support project managers and tender coordinators
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Help improve administrative procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks when needed
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university (any major)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Tender, Business Development, Marketing, or Industrial Supply Sales
- Experience finding government tenders online/offline
- Experience handling government projects/tenders is preferred
- Good English communication and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and accurate in work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally
- Problem-solving mindset and able to work independently
