Job Description:
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stores, vendors, KOLs, media, and external partners for marketing needs.
• Supporting marketing recap reports.
• Handle administrative tasks including budgeting recaps, invoices, quotations, and documentation.
• Support PR package preparation, product seeding, and partnership coordination.
• Collect and organize campaign performance data, social media recaps, and event reports.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing executions and communication materials.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of marketing assets, databases, and archives.
• Handle stock opname and inventory management for marketing warehouse assets and materials.
• Supporting the availability, distribution, and tracking of marketing collateral, PR packages, and event items.
• Assist the marketing team in daily operational coordination and project follow-up."
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing support, event coordination, or related roles, preferably in fashion or retail industry.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with campaign execution, event handling, inventory management, and administrative processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative working attitude.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
