Job description for Marketing Support at Pt Biggy Cemerlang

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan.
Memiliki pengalaman Minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai Marketing Support di industri manufaktur (diutamakan manufaktur plastik).
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang persuasif dan mampu bernegosiasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal.
Jujur, teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki "sense of urgency" yang tinggi dalam melayani permintaan customer.

Tugas & Tanggungjawab:

Menerima project yang sudah purchase order dari marketing.
Membuat customer requirement checklist termasuk detail requirement dari customer. Wajib menghubungi atau bertemu dengan customer (khususnya untuk packaging) dengan memastikan requirement yang di butuhkan dan harus sign kedua belah pihak.
Membuat fisibility study dan membahasnya dengan team operasional dan membuat solusi atas potensi masalah dan hasil nya report ke General manager.
Membuat time line project dan di ttd oleh customer.
Membuat timeline delivery product yang di ttd oleh kedua belah pihak (customer).
Memantau project dari terima purchase order (PO) sampai project terdelivery keseluruhan terlaksana.
Memastikan approval sample dan requirement customer sesuai saat approval product.
Memastikan dan menyesuaikan timeline delivery berdasarkan keinginan customer
Control day to day ke General manager.
Membuat report setiap project finish meliputi kesesuaian delivery dan komplain quality.
