Responsibilities
- Work with interdepartmental team to maintain and update customer data for information record accuracy
- Research, validate, and update lead information to support sales efforts
- Assist in event operations, including vendor sourcing, logistic, liaising with the speakers, participant feedback, and post-event reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects
- Manage administrative task, such as arranging documents, budgeting, and spending reports
Requirements
- Experience as a Marketing Support or similar role
- Able to do simple market research and use market research and CRM tools
- Experienced in event operations (e.g., vendor survey, liaising with speakers, gathering participant feedback, preparing reports)
- Great attention to detail, communicative, and proactive
- Comfortable with writing, speaking, and presenting in English
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient project management skills
- Experience in B2B businesses is a plus
