Job description for Marketing Supervisor at DAXTRO Ice Machine Jakarta
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing strategies (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive leads and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct data-driven analysis for continuous improvement.
- Supervise the creation of visual and campaign assets (design, copywriting, creatives) aligned with brand positioning.
- Collaborate with the other division to ensure lead quality and target achievement.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Lead and develop the marketing team to be more performance-driven and productive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital advertising, online marketing, and social media ecosystems.
- Experience handling brand change/rebranding is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or a team lead role is a plus.
- Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Meta ada, Google ads, etc).
- Strong understanding of CRO, marketing funnel, and data analytics.
- Good sense of design and creative direction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented, data-driven, and results focused.
