Job description for Marketing Supervisor at ONNI House
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably at Supervisor or Team Lead level.
- Experienced in the hospitality industry, preferably in F&B, Lifestyle, Hotel, Wedding, Event Venue.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Campaign Management.
- Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative, proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded.
- Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other marketing tools.
- Experience in events, activations, KOL/influencer marketing, or partnerships is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, strengthen brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
2. Plan, manage, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, events, activations, and offline channels.
3. Oversee the end-to-end creation, review, and distribution of high-quality marketing materials, content, and brand collateral.
4. Lead the company's social media and website content strategy to optimize audience engagement, brand presence, and customer acquisition.
5. Monitor, analyze, and report key marketing metrics, including ROI, KPIs, lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
6. Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking, particularly within the hospitality, F&B, wedding, and event industry , to identify market opportunities and customer trends.
7. Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Design/Creative teams to ensure unified messaging, brand consistency, and effective lead-to-customer conversion.
8. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.
9. Stay current with emerging marketing trends, digital platforms, social media updates to keep the brand competitive.
10. Take ownership of marketing performance and continuously optimize campaigns, content, and customer acquisition initiatives based on data and business results.
