We’re looking for someone who truly understands marketing — not just posting content, but someone who can think strategically and bring ideas to life.
What you’ll do:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions, events, website launches, and brand collaborations to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Manage partnerships with influencers, KOLs, UGC creators, content creators, and other external parties, including sourcing, communication, coordination, and campaign execution.
• Create and develop marketing concepts, content directions, and advertising materials that align with the company's brand and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all marketing activities are implemented effectively and consistently.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, events, and other promotional initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, social media, competitors, and consumer behaviours to identify opportunities and improve marketing performance.
• Prepare marketing reports, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and strengthen the company's brand image, reputation, and overall marketing presence.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned to support business and operational needs
