Job Description – Senior Marketing Strategist

Position Level: Senior Manager / Head of Marketing
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for both offline and online channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Manage offline marketing activities, including exhibitions, events, roadshows, and product demonstrations.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, websites, SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
- Develop product positioning, branding, and marketing communication strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop customer acquisition strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team and external marketing partners.
- Collaborate with Sales and other departments to achieve business targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience in both offline and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of brand management, product marketing, and market development.
- Experienced in managing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, events, and digital advertising.
- Good understanding of social media, SEO, SEM, and online marketing platforms.
- Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, FMCG, food products, or distribution industries.
