Role Description
The Sales & Marketing Staff is a full-time, on-site position based at SKE City Park Yogyakarta.
This role is primarily responsible for developing business opportunities and increasing visitor numbers by building partnerships with schools, universities, government institutions, private companies, travel agents, and community organizations.
Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting sales visits, presenting SKE City Park's products and services, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining customer relationships, following up on business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role also supports promotional activities, market research, and marketing initiatives to strengthen SKE City Park's presence in the local tourism industry.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Confident in conducting direct visits and presentations to schools, companies, and government institutions.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, tourism, or business development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Yogyakarta area and surrounding regions is preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
