PT Iljin Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Staff to support sales growth in the plastic manufacturing industry.
This role focuses on market development, customer coordination, and sales administration for LDPE, HDPE,and PP products serving industrial clients.
The Job Outline
Your role is to help drive sales by identifying opportunities, managing customer communication, and sales administration.
What You Will Do
- Identify, develop, and monitor new market opportunities.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations, manage sales documents, and support sales administration.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Support promotional activities, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Collect, process, and report marketing activity data regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met accurately.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills and professional attitude.
- Able to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
- Organized and comfortable handling documentation and follow-ups.
- Able to work with targets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing processes is a plus.
Time & Money
- Working hours: 8 hours/day
- Working days: 6 days/week
- Monday – Friday: Full day (8 hours)
- Saturday: Half day (08.00 – 12.00)
- Clear and consistent working schedule (no shift system).
- Salary: IDR up to 6,000,000/month (based on experience)
