Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute online and offline seminars, events, and marketing activities.
- Manage all event-related arrangements, including speakers, talents, vendors, venues, hotels, accommodation, transportation, logistics, and other operational requirements.
- Organize and conduct seminars, promotional events, and business activities across various cities in Indonesia.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage company-sponsored trips, incentive trips, and member travel programs, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and on-site arrangements.
- Develop event concepts, schedules, project plans, and execution strategies to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.
- Prepare and evaluate seminar, event, and trip performance reports, including attendance, participant feedback, and overall results.
- Develop and implement creative online marketing campaigns and promotional programs to increase brand awareness, engagement, and member participation.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including content planning, development, creation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with company members, providing effective communication, assistance, and support to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle member management activities, including member communication, coordination, engagement programs, and relationship development.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of marketing programs and events.
- Monitor project progress and marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong event planning, project management, organizational, and multitasking skills while managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop engaging event concepts and effective marketing initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication and interpersonal relationships with various stakeholders.
- Work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Be willing to travel for business trips, seminars, events, and other company activities across Indonesia.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and social media management tools to support daily operations, reporting, and marketing activities.
