Job description for Marketing Staff at PT Sisnet Mitra Sejahtera

Offline Event Management:

● Event Planning: Organize and execute offline events, including trade shows, conferences, customer workshops, and networking events, from planning to post-event follow-up.

● Logistics Coordination: Handle all event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, registration, materials preparation, and on-site setup.

● Brand Representation: Serve as an on-site representative to engage attendees, provide information about our cloud solutions, and ensure a positive brand experience.

● Lead Generation: Develop strategies to capture leads and nurture relationships at offline events, working closely with the sales team for follow-ups.

● Event Reporting: Track metrics from each event (e.g., attendance, engagement, lead quality) and provide insights for future events.

● Vendor Management: Manage vendors for a smooth delivery and execution of events.

Digital Marketing:

● Campaign Development: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, social media, and PPC, aligned with our cloud services offerings.

● Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, event teasers, and email newsletters, to drive interest and engagement.

● Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by regularly posting, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers.

● Digital Advertising: Support paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn ads) to promote events and increase brand visibility.

● Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.

● Vendor Management: Manage vendors for a smooth delivery and execution of online campaigns..
