Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing activities to support company and business objectives.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage and create marketing content for social media, websites, promotional materials, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners for marketing activities.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support promotional events, exhibitions, activations, and other marketing programs.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and campaign documentation.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or a related position.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of marketing concepts, social media, and digital marketing channels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus.
