Job description for Marketing Staff at PT Adicipta Boga Intiprima
Qualifications:
- Age 25 - 35 years old
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Communication Science/Marketing Management/Marketing Communication
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing (preferably in the FnB industry; Freshgraduate are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Able to speak and write in English
- Possesses analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Thinks creatively and innovatively
- Demonstrates high initiative and good communication skills
- Capable of negotiating with various parties
Responsibilities:
- Designing promotional strategies/programs and determining appropriate promotional media to be used
- Coordinating marketing programs with all relevant parties
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Managing and developing marketing campaigns and continuously creating program innovations
- Establishing collaborations with malls, banks, and other parties
