Job description for MARKETING STAFF/SALES FOR SOLO OFFICE at PT KEMASINDO CEPAT SEMARANG
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Promote and sell freight forwarding services (air, sea, and land transportation)
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers

- Min. Experience 3 years
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Fast learner and adaptable, having good communication skills, have driving license (A)
- Enjoy working in a team and individually
- Disciplined, honest, detail-oriented
