Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations.
- Build and maintain relationships with communities, brand partners, KOLs, and external parties.
- Identify marketing opportunities, trends, and potential collaborations within the lifestyle and entertainment industry.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign and event performance to measure effectiveness.
- Support promotional activities and initiatives to drive customer traffic and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment.
- Experience in handling events, community engagement, brand activation, or partnership programs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to develop engaging marketing ideas.
- Good networking skills and comfortable dealing with external partners.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, or during events.
- Strong interest in nightlife, lifestyle, and entertainment trends.
