PT Goldensnack Mas Sejahtera is a growing snack food company with its manufacturing facility located in Kendal, Central Java.
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our business growth through market development, marketing initiatives, brand activities, and consumer-focused strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, consumer behavior, and brand development.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, or brand activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to work on-site in Pulomas, Jakarta Timur.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns to support business and brand objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Identify potential market opportunities, customer segments, and new business channels.
- Develop promotional activities and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and product performance.
- Support brand positioning and product development based on market insights and consumer needs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other relevant departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing activities, including campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare regular marketing reports, market analysis, and recommendations for management.
