Premier Hospitality Asia is currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and experienced hospitality individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. This position plays an important role in strengthening our hospitality brands through engaging multi-platform content, strategic digital marketing campaigns, website content management, and trend-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & Threads presence
• Develop engaging content, viral storytelling & community engagement
• Manage website content updates, visual appearance, property landing pages & blog content
• Execute targeted Meta & Google Ads campaigns to drive direct reservations
• Develop content strategies aligned with current boutique hospitality & lifestyle trends
• Build strong property branding and foster direct guest engagement across digital channels
REQUIREMENTS
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, multi-platform social media management & website content administration
• Hospitality or villa industry experience is preferred
• Proven capability in micro-blogging, text-based viral storytelling & community building via Threads/X
• Familiar with CMS platforms such as WordPress/Shopify, basic UI/UX principles & landing page optimization
• Proficient in SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads & Analytics
• Strong English copywriting & professional communication skills
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center & Canva/Adobe Suite
