Job Description
Content & LinkedIn Marketing
• Develop and execute a content strategy targeting Indonesian HR professionals and
business decision-makers
• Produce LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies, and thought leadership content (in
Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Grow Phiraka’s LinkedIn company page and the Managing Director’s executive
presence
• Build content pillars around HR digital transformation, compliance (BPJS, PPh21, UU
Ketenagakerjaan), and productivity
SEO & Paid Search
• Run keyword research focused on Indonesian HRIS buyer intent terms (e.g., “software
HRIS Indonesia”, “aplikasi absensi karyawan”, “payroll software Jakarta”)
• Optimize phiraka.com for organic search, including on-page SEO and content hubs
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with clear cost-per-lead targets
• Monitor competitor positioning (Talenta, Mekari, Sunfish, LinovHR, etc.)
Webinars & Events
• Organize monthly webinars on HR trends, regulatory updates, and HRIS best practices
• Coordinate participation in HR community events, conferences, and industry meetups in
Indonesia
• Manage logistics, speakers, promotion, and post-event lead follow-up
Email & Nurture
• Build segmented email nurture flows for top-of-funnel leads
• Design newsletters that establish Phiraka as a trusted HR tech advisor
• Work with sales to align messaging across the buyer journey
Analytics & Reporting
• Track MQLs, SQLs, cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and channel ROI
• Report weekly to the Managing Director with insights and recommendations
• A/B test campaigns continuously
Requirements :
Must-have
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or HR tech
- Proven track record generating inbound leads that converted to sales pipeline
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and at least one CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- SEO fundamentals — keyword research, on-page optimization, content planning
- Comfortable owning a full campaign from brief to results
Nice-to-have
- Existing network in the Indonesian HR community
- Experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise (50–5,000 employees)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) for quick asset creation
- Understanding of Indonesian HR/payroll regulations as content credibility
