We are looking for a Marketing Professional with 2–5 years of professional experience who is:
- Confident working directly with clients
- Comfortable in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- Able to deliver measurable sales and marketing results
- Experienced in field marketing and sales, particularly in textile or hospitality
- Comfortable travelling for work
- A strong communicator with initiative, resilience, and a willingness to continuously learn
Key Responsibilities
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven on-field and client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable sales or business development results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking directly with clients and handling negotiations or difficult conversations.
- Strong ability to perform effectively in a high-stress, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel for work.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bahasa Sunda is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn new things.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of sales activities and client interactions.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in high-volume sales are strongly preferred, particularly in:
- Textile
- Hospitality
- B2B sales
- B2B service industries involving significant client interaction
Experience in these sectors is advantageous because the role requires the ability to:
