Job description for Marketing Operation Admin at PT Polaris Semesta Global

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Admin to support the Singapore marketing team. This is an execution-focused role: you will own the end-to-end procurement cycle, set up and QA promotional coupons, and support CRM channel deployment keeping campaigns running on time and on spec.

You will work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager and cross-functional partners across performance marketing, finance, and creative teams.

Requirements

• Availability: Min. 6 months

• Experience: 1–3 years in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or admin/finance support

• Technical: Comfortable with backend CMS tools, procurement systems (PR/PO/GR workflows), and spreadsheet tracking

• Mindset: Process-driven, deadline-oriented, comfortable managing multiple tasks with minimal hand-holding

• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Singapore travel or e-commerce landscape is an advantage
