• Analytical thinking, Organized, Detailed oriented and Out-of-the-box thinker.
• Experienced managing events.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Canva, Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiar with Facebook Ads, Intagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.
• Must know about marketing fund planning, marketing reports, ATL, BTL.
Job Description:
- Lead and educate the LIA Cileungsi team on marketing objectives, activities, goals and resources
- Must know about marketing fund planning, marketing reports, ATL, BTL.
- Can make a video content will be a plus point.
- Consult and coach LIA Cileungsi team to enhance marketing effectiveness by creating an integrated marketing program rooted in strategic planning, with measurable goals, that delivers on business objectives
- Develop strong working relationships with LIA Cileungsi team (Academic & Operational).
- Equip LIA Cileungsi team with the knowledge and tools they need to properly guide their marketing strategies and measure results.
- Empower LIA Cileungsi team in within the group with the knowledge and skills to properly manage their local agencies, ensuring good communication, collaboration and delivery of results
- Review local creative and marketing activities to ensure compliance with LIA Cileungsi.
- Direct LIA Cileungsi team to create marketing strategies that improve customer retention and drive new referrals to deliver long term, sustainable student growth
- Experience in marketing field will be a plus point.
- Able to work under pressure during peak periods.
