Job Description :
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (SEM), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and specialized hospitality platforms.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the digital "look and feel" of properties, ensuring high-quality visuals and copy are optimized for conversion.
- Data Analysis: Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Optimize property listings and website content to increase organic and paid search visibility.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate monthly marketing budgets across various channels to maximize ROI.
Job Requirements :
- Experience 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically handling paid media/performance marketing
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or real estate marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data visualization tools (like Looker Studio or Excel)
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing funnel (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
- Ability to write compelling, sales-focused ad copy tailored to the hospitality industry
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate
