Marketing Officer (Offline Activation)

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in driving student recruitment and building brand awareness. Depending on your specialization, you will focus on either offline activation (events & partnerships) or online marketing (digital campaigns & content creation).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Planning
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly offline marketing plans
- Conduct basic market research to identify target schools and communities
School Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with schools
- Organize school visits, presentations, and collaboration programs
Events & Promotions
- Plan and execute events such as school activations, exhibitions, and mini events
- Coordinate booth setup in schools, malls, and public areas
- Ensure all materials and logistics are well-prepared
ATL Activities
- Coordinate offline placements (banners, posters, billboards)
- Liaise with vendors for production and installation
Lead Generation & Reporting
- Monitor leads generated from offline activities
- Coordinate with the admissions team for follow-up
- Prepare simple performance reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented
- Experience in events, activations, or school partnerships is preferred
