Job description for Marketing Officer Intern at Talenesia

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Team to support the end-to-end operations of our marketing activities. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives across social media, events, and community engagement. If you are an organized and energetic professional passionate about delivering exceptional marketing experiences, we’d love to have you on our team!

1. Marketing Operations Management

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and activities as planned by the marketing team.
Ensure all operational tasks are completed on time and meet established standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth execution of marketing activities.

2. Event Planning and Execution

Organize and execute marketing events and coordination.
Work closely with related teams or stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Assist in post-event activities, such as follow-ups and reporting on event outcomes.

3. Community Engagement

Support and coordinate community initiatives to maintain strong relationships with members.
Facilitate campaigns and activities that engage the community and foster loyalty.
Gather and relay feedback from community members to improve marketing efforts.

4. Performance Analysis and Reporting

Collect and organize data on marketing activities, including social media and event attendance.
Prepare regular operational reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Support continuous optimization of marketing operations through feedback and insights.

5. Social Media

Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with audiences.

Requirements:

Driven and motivated by Talenesia’s mission.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and in at least the 7th semester of study.
Have strong interest in marketing operations, with expertise in social media, events, and community engagement.
Have related working/internship experience in event and social media operation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g trello, canva, social media, google analytics) is a plus.
