MARKETING MANAGER (FASHION RETAIL)
Job Description
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (online & offline) to drive brand awareness and sales.
Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, ads, KOL/influencers, events, etc.).
Define and maintain brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Analyze campaign performance (ROI, engagement, conversion) and implement data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Merchandising, Sales) for product launches and campaigns.
Manage marketing budget effectively and efficiently.
Monitor fashion trends and consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, etc.).
Creative mindset with a strong awareness of fashion trends and consumer insights.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and brand strategy.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Familiar with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Proficient in English.
