Job Description
1. Marketing Strategy
•Develop the marketing strategy
•Ensure all marketing is aligned with the clinic’s mission and vision
•Identify market opportunities and trends to enhance the clinic's competitive edge.
•Identify the marketing drivers and conduct competitor benchmarking to assess Blink's market position and identify areas for strategic improvement
•Design creative promotions and campaigns to attract more customers.
•Drive and ensure the marketing initiatives are able to reach sales targets, branding and exposure target, new customer acquisition target
2. Social Media Management
•Create a social media content strategy to boost engagement and followers.
•Supervise the social media team, including content creation, post scheduling, and analytics.
•Manage the social media budget and ensure cost efficiency.
3. Branding and Communication
•Ensure brand identity consistency across all marketing materials.
•Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, or third parties to produce high-quality promotional content.
•Build relationships with media outlets and influencers to strengthen the clinic's branding.
4. Digital Marketing
•Optimize the use of digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive sales.
•Monitor digital advertising performance and provide regular ROI reports.
•Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
5. Analysis and Reporting
•Analyse marketing and social media data to measure campaign effectiveness.
•Provide regular performance reports to management.
•Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
6.Team Development
•Train and motivate the marketing and social media teams to meet set targets.
•Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
•Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies, including current trends.
•Creative, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•Experience in the beauty or hospitality industry is a plus.
