QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or brand management (preferably in the skincare, beauty, or FMCG industry)
- Strong ability to develop market research strategies for segment and trend analysis
- Experienced in creating product marketing strategies aligned with brand identity and product lifecycle
- Able to manage and lead a team of at least 3–4 members
- Familiar with marketplace ecosystems (including KOL, affiliate, and live selling strategies)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term brand strategies through data-driven 360° marketing plans to support overall business growth
- Conduct market research to analyze market segments, identify target consumer needs, and monitor industry trends
- Create product marketing strategies aligned with brand identity and each stage of the product lifecycle
- Plan and manage monthly and seasonal campaign roadmaps integrated across teams
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Evaluate overall brand performance and translate insights into strategic action plans
