Experience: 5+ years of proven marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or lead role within hospitality, food & beverage, nightlife, or luxury lifestyle venues.
Digital Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, email platforms, and venue reservation systems (e.g., ResDiary).
Content & Aesthetic Eye:Strong visual taste with demonstrated ability to capture/edit high-end photo/video content tailored to distinct venue vibes (high-energy nightlife vs. refined dining).
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making and budget accountability.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
Local Market Knowledge:In-depth understanding of Bali’s F&B landscape, tourist seasonality, expat demographics, and local media networks.
