Responsibility:
- Develop and implement Brand Strategy: market segmentation, price positioning, marketing research, product positioning
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Develop and implement Marketing Plan and budget
- Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities: media communications, consumer promotion, PR (cooperation with ATL and BTL agencies)
- Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors and provide adequate protection through the distribution system in a cost effective manner
- Lead the development and implementation of strategy to gain significant market share in this market segment
- Consistently delivering key objectives and targets (sales, market share, brand strength, profitability)
- Adjusting and refining plans based on results, market changes and competitive activities
- Lead marketing team
Qualifications :
- Age maximum 40 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in FMCG industry as Marketing Manager is required for this position. (preferably food product)
- Think out of the box & innovate person.
- Effectively and strong communication skill.
- Good presentation & negotiation skill.
- Strong Leadership & Result Oriented.
