Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our restaurant’s marketing efforts in Uluwatu. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, strengthening our digital presence, managing media relations, and creating impactful campaigns to position the restaurant as a top dining destination. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the management and creative teams to ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring engaging and consistent posting.
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Influencer & PR Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets.
- Coordinate collaborations, events, and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a strong presence in lifestyle, hospitality, and F&B; publications.
Content Creation & Media Production
- Organize and oversee photo and video shoots for menu launches, events, and brand campaigns.
- Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to ensure content aligns with brand standards.
- Manage brand assets and ensure consistent visual identity across all channels.
Brand Strategy & Marketing Campaigns
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns to attract both local and international audiences.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across digital, print, and on-site materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Event Promotion & Community Engagement
- Support in promoting restaurant events, special dinners, and seasonal offers.
- Engage with local communities and hospitality networks to strengthen brand positioning.
- Ensure the restaurant is featured on top websites, travel platforms, and dining guides.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (preferably in hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle brands).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with an eye for branding, photography, and design.
- Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
