Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Management.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing.
- Age 30–45, male or female.
- Proficient in digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media, influencer marketing).
- Strong in brand management and product launching.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Analytical, creative, results-driven, and fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Up to date with marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, leads, and sales.
- Oversee digital channels (social media, website, WhatsApp, campaigns, promotional materials).
- Lead marketing campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage and guide the Brand Activation team.
- Analyze market, competitors, and patient data for better targeting.
- Monitor budget, track performance, and align with sales to meet revenue goals.
