MARKETING MANAGER

About Moos

Moos is a growing café brand that aims to create great products, meaningful experiences, and a strong community.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can help Moos build a stronger brand and discover new ways to grow.

What You'll Do

Develop Moos' brand positioning and marketing strategy.
Understand target customers, market trends, and competitors.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, activations, and promotions.
Build brand partnerships and collaborations.
Develop opportunities such as pop-ups, catering, hampers, events, and other new business ideas.
Monitor marketing performance and turn insights into action.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand, Partnership, or Business Development.
Experience in F&B, lifestyle, retail, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Creative, commercially minded, proactive, and hands-on.
Enjoys understanding customers and turning ideas into action.
