Job description for Marketing Manager at Partipost Indonesia
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis; explore business development opportunities with optimized collaboration plans.
- Research local market trends and user demands; provide marketing strategies and support execution.
- Create and execute branding and marketing plans to support overall product development; preferably with previous advertising/social media/TV entertainment experience.
- Complete content generation/growth opportunity reports for different target marketing countries; develop execution proposals in purpose of continuous user growth, and leverage marketing automation tools to improve performances, including new users acquisition, total active users, and market share, etc.
- Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns to local audiences.
- Ability to optimize all advertising materials across all digital placements
- Establish and promote deep communication and collaboration with publication media, social media and other digital channels to develop online community reputation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Marketing team in defining customer acquisition and user retention strategies and driving Partipost's audience through the end-to-end consumer journey
- Formulate, execute and monitor plans and programs in line with the overall marketing strategies to achieve the target number of client, increase usage frequency and minimize potential churn
- Synergize with cross-functional teams and drive on-the-ground execution excellence to optimize customer acquisition costs, maximize revenue and continuously enhance customer experience
- Lead the customer support function and oversee its execution to build customer relationships and guarantee consumer satisfaction
- Continuously challenge the status quo through online and offline A/B testing
- Keep abreast of the market trends and transform consumer insights into data-driven, actionable projects and campaigns
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Communicate in English (Strong)
- Performance Marketing experience
- SEO/SEM experience
- Google Adwords
- Social Media marketing experience
- FB Ads, IG Ads
- Comprehension of data
- Google Analytics
- Google Console
- Ability to strategize, plan and execute/oversee execution
- Willing to learn and adapt to situations quickly
- Creativity is a plus
- Ability to be brand facing too (speaking to brands for partnerships etc)
