Job Description:
As a Marketing Manager at Cottonways, you will lead our marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence, increase awareness, and drive sales across both online and offline channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to ensure every campaign reflects Cottonways’ identity—simple, comfort, and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short-and long-term marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create relevant and impactful campaigns.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team (digital, content, creative, and community).
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the product team for new collection launches.
- Oversee digital marketing performance (ads, social media, influencer, and email marketing).
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, media, and communities.
- Evaluate campaign results and provide data-drive insights and reports.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in fashion or lifestyle industries).
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage a team.
- Results-driven, creative, and analytical thinker.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, influencer marketing).
- Strong sense of branding and storytelling aligned with Cottonways’ values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Previous experience in building or expanding a local fashion brand.
- Established network with influencers, media, or fashion communities.
- Familiarity with analytics tools sunch as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or CRM systems.
