Job description for Marketing Manager at Sushi Stop Indonesia

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead drive business growth through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
•	Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing plans, including online and offline campaigns.
•	Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
•	Strategize and implement engaging promotions to drive traffic and sales.
•	Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success.
•	Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
•	Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
•	Strong proficiency in Meta Ads management.
•	Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms (a plus).
•	Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•	Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
•	Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
