Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help build and grow a new business from an early stage. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive early traction, strengthen brand presence, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and able to turn plans into clear, measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support early stage business growth.
- Build brand awareness and market presence, including positioning, messaging, and go to market activities.
- Lead and execute key marketing initiatives, including service campaigns, seasonal offers, and new launches.
- Work closely with management, sales, and operations to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities.
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Support team execution and contribute to the development of marketing capabilities as the business grows.
- Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities to support growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a start-up, new business unit, or growth stage environment.
- Strong hands on experience in digital and performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to turn data into practical actions.
- Experience in health, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer services is a plus.
- Willing to work full time onsite in Kemang, South Jakarta.
